Visible booking days (desks)

Control how many days ahead employees see when booking desks.

You can control how many days ahead employees see in the desk booking section. If you want your employees to plan their office visits weekly, we recommend setting this number to 5. You can also try other values and see what fits your company best.

If your employees book resources in Tidaro and then don't use them, try setting a low number of visible days.

Good to know: the default number of visible workdays is set by administrators.

How to set the default number of visible workdays

  1. Go to the preferences section in the menu.
  2. Unfold the manage desks menu and click desk releasing settings.
  3. Type in the new number of days.
  4. Confirm the change with the save button.
