You can set how many days ahead employees see in the booking section, and so how far in advance they can book parking spots.
If you want employees to plan their office visits week by week, we recommend setting this number to 5. You can try different values to see what fits your company best. If employees book resources in Tidaro and then don't use them, a low value can help.
Good to know: this is a task for administrators.
How to set the number of visible booking days
- In the menu, go to Preferences.
- Unfold Manage parking spots and click Parking spot releasing settings.
- Type in the number of days.
- Click Save.
