Admin panel overview: managing Tidaro in the web app

An interactive tour of the admin panel in the Tidaro web app.

Intro

The Tidaro web app is where administrators set up and manage the whole workspace: employees, parking spots, desks and reports. Watch the interactive demo below for a quick tour of the admin panel, or read the overview.

Your own bookings

The Overview page shows your bookings for today. The web app offers all the features of the mobile app, so you can also book and manage parking spots, desks and meeting rooms here.

Where to find admin settings

All company settings are in the Manage section of the left menu: Employees, Spots, Desks, Rooms and Analytics.

Employees

  • All employees: invite new users, add them to groups, see their license plate numbers and check which employees have restricted booking rights.
  • Check-in: view the check-in methods, reminders, time settings and automatic booking release. To change these settings, contact Tidaro support.
  • QR codes: generate a new QR code in two clicks, then print or download it. Employees scan it with the mobile app to check in. Removed codes stop working.

Parking spots

  • Areas: set a default status for each spot. You can leave it free, assign it permanently to a specific person or restrict it.
  • Map view: manage spots directly on the map, for example free up a manager's assigned spot when they are away on business.
  • Several days at once: release a spot for a range of days, for example during a longer absence.

Daily view

In Daily view you can check the status of the car park and the office on a selected day. Pick a date and an office area to see how many spaces are still available and who is in the office. Zoom the map with your mouse scroll.

Reports

The Analytics tab contains reports for parking spots and desks. For example, the utilization report shows the percentage of parking spots used in a selected period, the occupancy report shows on which days desks are booked most often, and the employee activity report shows how many bookings each person made.
