Parking area settings
Decide how the spots in an area work: set a spot's default status or change it on selected dates.
In the parking area settings (Spots > Areas) you decide how the spots in an area work. Each parking spot has a status that decides who can book it. You can change a spot's default status, or change its status on selected dates.
This is where you make permanent or planned changes. If you just want to quickly change a spot for today, use the daily view, described in the article "Day-to-day parking management (daily view)".
Good to know: this is a task for administrators.
In short
- There are three statuses: Free, Restricted and Reserved.
- Free: everyone can book the spot. Restricted: the spot is kept for office use. Reserved: the spot is reserved for one employee.
