Parking settings

Set how many days ahead employees can book spots and whether released spots go only to the shared pool.

In the parking settings you decide how far ahead employees can book parking spots and what happens to the spots they release.

In short

  • In the left menu, unfold Spots and click Settings.
  • Type in the number of days employees see when booking.
  • If released spots should only go to the shared pool, select release only to "book a spot" tab.
  • Click Save.

Visible booking days

You can set how many days ahead employees see in the booking section, and so how far in advance they can book parking spots.

If you want employees to plan their office visits week by week, we recommend setting this number to 5. You can try different values to see what fits your company best. If employees book resources in Tidaro and then don't use them, a low value can help.

  1. In the left menu, under Manage, unfold Spots.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Type in the number of days.
  4. Click Save.

Disabling spot sharing

You can turn off spot sharing so that released parking spots are only offered in the book a spot tab.

  1. In the left menu, under Manage, unfold Spots.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Select release only to "book a spot" tab.
  4. Click Save.
