Reports overview: analyzing desk and parking usage

Intro
Tidaro reports help you understand how your desks and parking spots are really used. Use them to spot underused areas, track booking trends and check whether booked resources were actually used. Watch the interactive demo below or read the step-by-step overview.
How to open reports
- In the Tidaro web app, go to the Manage section.
- Expand the Analytics tab.
- Choose Parking spots or Desks, then select the report you want to see.
Customizing a report
Each report can be tailored to your needs with these filters:
- Date range: set any period manually or use shortcuts such as today, this week or last month.
- Weekends: include or exclude weekends from the results.
- Zones: show data for all zones or focus on selected areas.
- Spot types: limit the report to specific parking spot types, for example reserved, visitor or accessible spots.
- Check-in status: filter bookings by check-in to see how many resources were actually used.
Parking spot reports
- Occupancy report: shows how parking spots are used across zones and spot types.
- Bookings report: shows booking patterns and trends, helping you understand peak times and changes in demand.
- Attendance report: tracks which employees actually used their booked spots, so you can spot anomalies.
- Employee activity report: shows parking usage per employee, helping you optimize spot allocation.
Desk reports
- Occupancy report: shows desk usage across office zones, helping you find underused or overcrowded areas.
- Bookings report: shows desk booking trends, so you can adjust desk allocation to demand.
- Attendance report: tracks whether employees actually used the desks they booked.
- Employee activity report: shows desk usage per employee, helping you understand patterns and preferences.
